HOW TO APPLY?
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be completely clean and dry, free from oil, dirt, dust, and any other contaminants before application.
Apply the Primer
Apply the plastisol primer onto the prepared metal surface using casting or dip coating methods.
Oven Cure
After primer application, cure the coated surface in an oven at the specified temperature and duration.
Apply Plastisol
Apply the PVC plastisol coating onto the oven-cured primer layer. This ensures strong and permanent adhesion to the metal surface.
